Grab your friends and bring a bottle of wine to unplug with mud and join us for a creative night out! Have fun and get messy as we walk you through the basics of throwing on the potter's wheel. Create a unique piece of pottery, then choose your glaze option. Your fired (finished) piece can be picked up at a later date or shipped for an additional fee. All materials and firing included. Cheese platter provided. Beginners encouraged!

Mother’s Day Clay & Wine at Melville Winery

Join us for a special Mother’s Day workshop set against the stunning backdrop of Melville’s vineyards. Enjoy sweeping vineyard views and a glass of Melville’s organically farmed, estate wine while you create a beautiful relief sculpture inspired by the winery itself.

In this immersive three-hour experience (1–4 PM), skilled artists from Community Clayworks will guide you through every step—no experience necessary! All materials are provided, and once complete, your artwork will be carefully taken to the Buellton studio for kiln firing. Finished pieces will be ready for pickup in approximately two weeks, with shipping available for an additional charge.
